Winter climbing and ice climbing courses across Scotland, Ben nevis, Glencoe and the Skye Cuillin ridge
A couple of days guiding on the skye cuillin ridge on the weekend. Very wintery and crampons and an axe required. Neil and Susans first time and they coped well with the snowy conditions. On Saturday we ascended Bannadich and then traversed over ghreadaidh and Mhadaidh. the knife edge ridge being particularly fun. the snow made for a nice descent down an Dorus.
On Sunday we went round the back of Alasdair and up west chimney to the summit. A fast descent down a snowy tone chute saw us finished nice and early.
