Great weather for the Ben Nevis classics

Wet snow, strong winds, fluctuating temperatures. Not nice to be out in but superb for helping to build Ben nevis ice and mixed routes. As long as the freezing levels bounces up and down over the next day or so the main ice routes will come in quickly with so much good stuff helping them form. We headed for a line somewhere around Faulty Towers on the Boulder.
Unfortunately Lesley got a bit ill half way up the route so we retreated, which was a good exercise in itself.
